The main issue is structural: rent is impacted as a fixed lump sum on the first date, on top of every other major monthly bill, while revenue and other expenses flow unevenly. This pushes healthy businesses into frequent cash flow stress and is a major driver of business closures.
Rentflow is the first startup to turn fixed commercial rents into a cash-flow-synced product that is underwritten in real-time with transaction-level data to prevent issues before they arise.

we are hiring AI/ML Lead Owning end-to-end underwriting, cash-flow intelligence and data insights.
this is one fundamental role. You’ll design and ship models that drive real financial decisions into production, affecting how and when business owners pay rent each month. You’ll work directly with the founders and have meaningful ownership over both technical direction and business outcomes.
