Sandoval, who is best known for playing the cheating character “Scandoval” on the reality television series “Vanderpump Rules,” slammed the model and her father J.J. In a video obtained by TMZ, which captures part of the June 3 incident, Victoria Robinson and Will Robinson are seen sitting near a burning fire pit on the patio when Sandoval and Will Robinson begin arguing. Sandoval is heard yelling at Will Robinson before he asks Victoria Robinson if she is recording and approaches her. Will Robinson stands up and wraps his arms around Sandoval, appearing to push him away from Victoria Robinson, and Sandoval turns and pushes Will Robinson, who falls backwards into the burning fire pit.
After Will Robinson returns, he runs after Sandoval into the house while Victoria Robinson yells for them to stop.
According to the petition, the fight escalated and Will Robinson called police while Sandoval hid inside a spare bedroom. When police arrived, the petition claims they initially handcuffed Sandoval, but after reviewing the footage, Victoria Robinson was arrested on a charge of intimate partner assault with physical violence.
Robinson was granted bond and released the same day. The Los Angeles Police Department was not able to confirm the reason for Victoria Robinson’s arrest.
Representatives for Sandoval did not immediately respond to The Times’ request for comment. Victoria Robinson could not be reached for comment.
According to the petition, both Victoria Robinson and her father live with Sandoval in a rental home in Los Angeles. According to the filing, the reality star bounced between hotels and friends’ houses after the June 3 incident.
“The DA didn’t file a case for some reason. I pulled Tom away from my daughter because he was being forceful after yelling at us in a very aggressive and threatening manner and twisting her arm and aggressively trying to take her phone,” Will Robinson told TMZ.
Robinson said, “This is my daughter’s home and we want Tom to stay as far away from us as possible and keep his lies and drunken abuse away.”
