Hi everyone!
MS has an experimental fork of Windows Terminal. It adds a docked agent pane that contains context from your shell output, can trace command errors, and lets you manage multiple agent sessions.
Currently @Github defaults to Copilot CLI but supports other ACP-compliant agents (mine linked with @Gemini). One notable thing is that they are shipping it as a completely separate app instead of putting it in the main terminal.
Your agent reads shell output directly, eliminating the need to copy and paste errors back and forth. Is this a good reason to try, or will you be limited to standalone CLI agents?
