From LEGO, new tie-in hotness is the “Hutt Palace Sentry Droid Showdown” set. With 415 pieces, owners can pit Din and Grogu against the Hutt Cartel’s three-armed sentry and his stud shooter. Once the sentry is defeated and the castle doors are opened, they encounter another obstacle in Ambo, everyone’s favorite Clone Wars-era bounty hunter. Along with his Bowcaster, Ambo has got his backup in his Anuba Kibu.
In its early appearance, Ambo had another name, Maroc, but we know about Result: End of the Empire The novel states that a man died before the New Republic era. Canonically, it would make sense that Ambo would get a new pet, but it Perhaps also comes from another star wars projects like Ashoka And Maul: Shadow Lord-Which, like this film, counts Dave Filoni as a key creative figure – with a curmudgeon of the same name among its cast.
In addition to the newly named space dog, the set takes inspiration from the battle we saw in the final trailer The Mandalorian and Grogu In which Din fights two sentry droids and Grogu tries to fend off one of them. Fans of the movie can recreate that battle, or create their own version – perhaps one where Din and Ambo are the bud, or Grogu solos all the rest. The choice is yours, but you’ll have to wait a while to get your hands on it: the film will be released on May 22, but the set is available from August 1 for £44.99 (or about $53).
