Hipocampus: AI operators that own team workflows

@OsakaSoul Thanks. Great question. To add, when an operator needs a human, that handoff becomes a task with context, not just a chat relay. Teammates see a review item in their queue or inbox with tasks, notes, comments, the latest summary, and output. We avoid context loss by storing task state outside the model: task history, ownership changes, comments, session summaries, notifications, and artifacts remain with the task, so the task can move between operator and human without having to reconstruct it from memory.

The hippocampus is designed to learn on the fly. You do something once or twice with the help of AI, it starts recognizing patterns, and then it can take the first steps in similar work on its own. When you come back, the draft or preparation work is already there, and you can review it, make changes to it, approve it, or send it back.
