Founding GTM & Operations Lead at RamAIn

RamAIn creates the world’s fastest computer-use agents for enterprise work. We are a YC W26 company on a mission to eliminate repetitive, manual workflows by training AI agents to operate legacy systems, desktop apps, and web portals just like humans do – but 10× faster and more reliably.

Founders

RamAIn was founded by Shaurya Veer Jain (CEO) and Vansh Ramani (CTO), who met at IIT Delhi and dropped out to build AI-native automation for enterprise workflows.

Shaurya previously worked at McKinsey, where he saw firsthand how much enterprise work still depended on manual interactions with legacy systems. He is also a FIDE-rated chess player (2118), was ranked in the top-20 globally at the age of 16, and previously built an enterprise AI company and grew it to over 6-figures in ARR.

Vansh is an AI researcher who has worked on scalable machine learning and representation learning at CMU. His research includes publications in ICLR and ACS and one of the fastest vector search algorithms, “Panaroma”, which was later merged into META’s FAISS. He focuses on building high-performance logic and planning systems for real-world deployment.

Role

As our first business hire, we are looking for a generalist with expertise in go-to-market, initial sales, and company operations. You will be the third person in the company to work directly with the founders full-time.

It’s a good fit if you’ve done some combination of enterprise sales, startup operations, or early-stage marketing – and you’re comfortable figuring things out without a playbook.

what will you have

  • Driving outbound and managing our initial enterprise sales pipeline from end to end
  • Building on Marketing and Implementation – Content, Positioning, Partnerships, Programs
  • Management of the company’s operational infrastructure: vendors, hiring pipelines, finance, legal coordination
  • Representing RamAIn externally with customers, investors and partners
  • Identifying what founders should spend less time on, and removing it from their plate

what we are looking for

  • 1-5 years of experience in enterprise sales, consulting, or early-stage startup operations
  • Comfortable owning a deal from first contact to closing
  • Strong written communicator – you’ll be writing a lot of outreach, proposals, and internal documents
  • Organized under pressure and comfortable with ambiguity
  • Genuine interest in AI and enterprise software
