“Does scoring remain functional or fall into global popularity?”
Work-conditional, global popularity is being considered. Given that agent reviews are per-task, the results shown will be per-task. Zero shows only the devices relevant to the request. And depending on how the request is framed by the agent, Xero may suggest a less popular option (e.g. if the agent is particularly prioritizing price, that will be taken into account).
