A little background story on how we got here. I was part of the convergence team at Salesforce during its acquisition for the first 11 months, and then left to build Zaro. What pushed me out was to see up close that the infrastructure for the agentic age needed to be rebuilt from the ground up. The tools we have are not designed for a world where agents do real work. Zaro is the first platform where you can Build apps and agents on top of modern context architectures.
We created it because we kept seeing teams drowning in busywork that no one wanted to do. The endless context-switching, the manual handoffs between devices, the work that fills your day but never moves anything forward. Just adds another tab for most software management. We wanted to remove work, not add.
What makes Zaro different depends on three things. It runs on credit, so you only pay for what you use, there’s no inflated pricing per seat and no paying for capacity you never touch. It plugs into the devices you already work with, so there’s no rip-and-replace and months-long onboarding.
