The main idea (for now) is that it should be very easy to use, if you are happy with receiving e-mail notification or discord/slow ping then use saveform.io. n8n, zapier, slack workflows are optional upgrades that were requested by some users, they have very little to do with retry mechanisms so far and are optional opt-in by design and not required.
You can see the deliverability directly in your dashboard. Should the webhook fail, you can also check spam-protection etc.
Regarding signatures and tokens, you can actually add headers, which are configurable on a per-form basis. But we’re intentionally avoiding heavy signature schemes because most users don’t really need that complexity on day one and generally yet.
That said, Roadmap has some features, like templates for forms and more. But right now we’re trying to stay very minimalistic – URL degradation is the main thing we’re trying to help with.
Hope this explains your question :).
