A few days ago I challenged myself to create my first macOS app. I wanted to see if I could actually send something, not just design it.
The idea: Instead of a boring notification popup, a small plane flown by a duck crosses your entire screen with a banner that reads “Your meeting is in 5 minutes.” Impossible to miss. It’s impossible to hate.
I posted a tweet about it with zero expectations. It went viral overnight.
