Paybond: Safe spend controls for AI agents

Instead of wiring everything up through the docs and SDK calls first, you can now start from the terminal: npx -p @paybond/kit paybond login From there you can scaffold Rails, set up the MCP config for cloud/codecs, and run the paybond doc to check your setup. We kept it small on purpose: a CLI, built for developers and coding agents with similar flows in TypeScript and Python.
