Oho! Good question – this is the thing that really troubles most advanced apps.
Two layers. timer remains – It maintains the notch until it’s done, with no interruptions (and it will share space with the music as well).
There are copy and download-finished quick pop-ins, and there’s only one slot for them: Latest Win. So the download will capture only the copy, no stacking or rotating. Once it fades, you will be back on the timer.
The only catch: since this is purely “latest win”, there is no priority – a trivial warning may get cut in front of an important warning. But the timer never ends.
