Calendar defrag (automatically execute to surface and better stack meeting opportunities and reclaim more focus time

Write-to-local. Point Knuckles to a directory containing Markdown files and read an article at that location. This allows easy transport between Knuckles, Obsidian and other tools like AI, but it has some really complex aspects because Knuckles is based on ydoc and has a set of rich components that can be completely represented in Markdown.
