Series regulars include Benji Santiago (Broadway) notebook), Juan Castaño (rob peace), Demian Bichir (land), Andre Holland (Love, Brooklyn), Andre Royo (The Punisher: One Last Kill), Sophia Black-D’Elia (remarkably bright creatures), and Victoria vorakoutiotis (elsbeth).
Meanwhile, Wood Harris (Wire), Niles Fitch (forever), Daason Frazier (a different world), Graham Patrick Martin (catch 22), Brittany Adebumola (MIA), René Moran (cross), Okieriat Onaodowan (hamilton), and Breanna Yde (rock school) are set for recurring roles.
Now in production in Los Angeles, delphi It follows a group of talented young boxers at an elite academy who are struggling to achieve their dreams and reach the pinnacle of the sport.
Benji Santiago will play the role of Santi Torres. Growing up in East LA, Santi is a talented individual who has always been under the tutelage of his older brother.
Juan Castaño will play the role of Nico Torres. Senti’s older brother, he is a naturally talented boxer whose personal failures have forced him to confront his inner demons.
Demian Bichir will play Hector Torres. The patriarch of the Torres family, Hector, was born in Mexico and now lives in Los Angeles, where he owns and operates a boxing gym in East LA. Weary and wise, he takes a tough-love approach to raising his sons – demanding the world from them while advocating fiercely on their behalf.
Andre Holland will play Teddy ‘T-Bone’ Parker. A boxing strategist and head instructor at the Delphi Academy, T-Bone approaches boxing like chess – intellectual and calculating, with a sensibility that belies the bloody sport to which he has dedicated his life.
Andre Royo will play Elmer Tatum. An eccentric boxing encyclopedia, Bronx-born and effortlessly cool, he could predict the final outcome based on the fighters’ breakfasts.
Sophia Black-D’Elia will play Bobby Weiss. An accountant who dreams of pursuing his true passion: becoming a trainer at an elite boxing academy. Bobby has boxing in his bones – extensive knowledge of the sport and a keen eye for talent, even if he’s never stepped into the ring himself.
Victoria Vorkotiotis will play the role of Kai Katsaros. An introverted young boxer with incredible ability and skill who struggles to overcome low self-confidence, high anxiety and stage fright in her quest to discover her potential.
Wood Harris will play the Little Duke. The son of Tony “Duke” Evers and legendary trainer Apollo Creed, he continues that legacy today by training young talent from the Delphi Academy.
Niles Fitch plays Dante, Daason Frazier plays Remy, Graham Patrick Martin plays Jackson, Brittany Adebumola plays Mina, B(You) as Didi, Renee Moran as Iggy, Okierete Onaudowan as Freddy, and Briana Yde as Anna.
Marking the first live-action series expansion of creed film franchise, delphiIts showrunners are Marco Ramirez, who is executive producing with Jordan and Elizabeth Raposo through their Outlier Society, Winkler Films’ Irwin Winkler, David Winkler, Charles Winkler, Sebastian Winkler, as well as William Chartoff, Philip A. Barnett, Jennifer Johnson and Jose Padilha, who are directing the pilot.
