After using Cloud Code at work for months I wanted to use it on my own projects as well. I got banned after 1 hour of use possibly because my VPN was on. I got my $120 back. After 1 month I signed up with VPN off. But this time probably because I used the same credit cart (and it’s the only card I can use) they banned me again.Even after contacting support I received a generic reply “We have determined that we cannot restore your account at this time due to a violation of our usage policy”.
I’m not using it for anything unusual. Most questions like “summarize that markdown file”, “how can I refactor the payments module”. I couldn’t even move towards actual coding as only 1 hour was enough for testing.
HN has the last chance to get some visibility on my case. My Boris looks after it or some other human-employee.
Do you guys have any suggestions to get my account back?
