Michelle Williams misses out on 2026 Golden Globes despite being nominated for her work on FX Dying for sex. But the project for which he got approval this evening, dying for sex was inspired by a true story, and follows Molly Kochan (Williams), who begins to explore her sexual desires after receiving a diagnosis of late-stage breast cancer. “I immediately, for reasons I couldn’t understand and that were beyond me, I knew I wanted to make it,” Williams told NPR last spring. “And went to my husband and said, ‘Okay, you need to take a look at this because this is going to happen in our lives now.'”
