East Rutherford, NJ – The Atlanta Falcons snapped their five-game losing streak last Sunday in New Orleans and look to pick up their second straight win this Sunday in New York.
“We were looking for it,” Falcons cornerback AJ Terrell Jr. said. “I feel like we’ve been playing good the last couple of weeks, but not good enough. To be able to go out there and play another dominant game like we did last week, it will definitely give you confidence for next week. We just have to keep it going.”
The Jets play the first of six remaining games against the Falcons on the regular season schedule. According to The New York Times’ simulator, Atlanta currently has a 2% chance of reaching the playoffs. If the Falcons win, that increases to 82% — and that should start on Sunday at MetLife Stadium.
