Is Pat Bryant playing in week 13?
Bryant is not on the injury report, and barring a surprise, he is expected to play.
We will continue to monitor the Broncos’ injury report ahead of kick-off for any changes. You can also visit and bookmark our Fantasy News Tracker for the latest updates.
Should you start or sit Bryant in Week 13?
Bryant appears to have usurped Marvin Mims for the WR3 role in this offense (Mims: consecutive games without a reception), and there’s a lot to like in the rookie’s profile as a part of this Sean Payton system.
Also… I’m not sure the WR3 role matters in this offense.
Both things can be true. I like Bryant’s long-term trajectory. Heck, I might like it. In Week 10, his season-high 67.9% of his routes came in the slot, and he topped that in Week 11 (74.3%). He’s making a good place, but I think it’s too late now for rewriting purposes.
Only three times this season has a Denver WR scored 12 PPR points. Bo Nix isn’t the most consistent QB in the world, and with the clear top two options of Troy Franklin/Courtland Sutton, banking on Bryant, even on the ascendancy, in a consistent way, is more optimistic than I’d like to be.
The Broncos will get the Raiders next week, with four teams on byes. If you’re looking for one place to use it, this is it.
