We Accidentally Just Got Our First Look at the Grown-Up Heroes of the ‘Last Airbender’ Movie

Fans still have some hope that Paramount may change its stance and decide to release legend of ang-The first animated feature film based on Avatar The Last Airbender-in theaters instead of putting it into streaming status. But as the fall release window approaches, a new piece of details has now been added: a first look at the film’s characters.

In the grand tradition of superhero films, films that generate spoilers through early sales declines, the imagery comes not through the official channels of Nickelodeon or Paramount but from a retailer. There is a t-shirt on Target’s site that is currently listed as “out of stock,” but it still has the graphic available for everyone to see. You can check out the artwork at the top of this post and pick out adult versions of Aang, Katara, Sokka, Zuko, and Toph.

As Nerdist spies also discovered, Target is also selling (or will sell once the website is stocked) T-shirts for individual characters: Aang, Katara, Zuko, and Toph. Additionally, you can see Appa and Momo’s group in the background – and another group pose involving the villainous character voiced by Dave Bautista.
