Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky says only a few details remain to be ironed out for Kiev to accept a US-backed peace plan to end Russia’s aggression. The agreement, which was drawn up last month by the US special envoy and Putin’s foreign policy adviser, was heavily backed by Russia. Now the plan has been changed to include input from Ukraine and Europe – but will Russia agree to any of it?
