United States President Donald Trump has said that airspace over and around Venezuela will be “completely” closed as tensions between the countries escalate.
There was no immediate reaction from Venezuela to Trump’s social media post on Saturday.
“To all airlines, pilots, drug dealers and human smugglers, please consider a complete closure of the airspace over and around Venezuela,” he wrote on his Truth social platform.
