Trump says he plans to cancel most of Biden’s executive orders | Donald Trump

Donald Trump has announced that he intends to rescind most of the executive orders signed by Joe Biden, his predecessor as President of the United States.

In a post on social media, Trump made baseless claims that Biden had not signed the orders himself, saying that “the radical leftist lunatics surrounding Biden around the beautiful Resolute Desk in the Oval Office usurped the presidency by signing his name using an Autopen” – a signature machine that has been commonly used by nearly all U.S. presidents since the device’s invention.

“AutoPen is not permitted to be used if not specifically approved by the President of the United States,” Trump said, making baseless allegations that it was operated by others without Biden’s approval and claiming that “about 92%” of all executive orders were invalid.

“Joe Biden was not involved in the AutoPen process and, if he says he was involved, he would be charged with perjury.”
