Trump Has Dementia Just Like His Father, Says Niece

President Donald Trump is exhibiting the same cognitive decline that his late father suffered from, Fred Trump Sr.According to Mary Trump, the president’s niece and a clinical psychologist.

In a podcast interview with The Daily Beast, Mary Trump said the 79-year-old president is “inexplicably” slipping into the same dementia that has plagued Fred Trump Sr. for years.

“Many times I look at him and i see my grandfatherI see the same confusion, I notice that he does not always seem to be oriented to time and place, “His short-term memory is deteriorating,” she told host Joanna Coles, adding that Trump’s lifelong struggle with impulse control is also “decreasing,”

Fred Sr. was formally diagnosed with “mild senile dementia” in 1991; Doctors noted “pronounced memory decline” and “significant impairment”. By the mid-90s he organized family vacations at Mar-a-Lago to keep him away from the cameras. Mary remembers that Easter when he no longer knew her: “He pointed and said, ‘Isn’t she such a nice woman?’ Then he turned towards his aunt and asked, ‘And who are you?’ That deer in headlights look is what I’m seeing now.

Donald Trump’s nephew, Fred C. Trump III, told People last year that the family pattern is unambiguous: “If anyone wants to believe that dementia did not run in the Trump family, that is not true.”

Mary Trump accused the president of having a growing, “pathological” obsession with wealth and surrounding himself with ultra-wealthy celebrities like Elon Musk and Mark Zuckerberg to bolster his image. “He seems to be considering the possibility that he may not be immortal after all,” he said, adding that the lapse in speech and apparent confusion over audience and location indicate “weakened” psychological defenses.

The White House rejected the claims. Communications director Steven Cheung said: “Mary Trump is a loser who has no clue about anything.”
