Strangely, this Amazon Fire TV is listed for sale on Amazon by an unexpected third-party seller: Best Buy. This is a strange example of corporate coordination. Not surprisingly, it’s also available at Best Buy, but for Prime members who would prefer to shop on Amazon, this TV is available for just $399.99, which is 38% off the full retail price.

The best mini LED TV for most people, now under $1,500

The internet is unanimous that TCL’s QM8K offers the best value for a mini LED TV. It’s incredibly bright – even brighter than the 2024 TCL QM8, which was widely considered the brightest TV of 2024. This is great news for viewing in a room with lots of natural sunlight, and the impeccable picture quality makes even the smallest details legible (NFL fans, here’s your heavy hitter for Sunday afternoon games).

In a dark room, the QM8K still achieves some of the deepest blacks and shadow detail you’ll find in a non-OLED TV. TCL also implemented a new anti-halo effect to reduce blooming around bright objects in an otherwise shadowy scene.

Samsung’s The Frame Pro is the only Mini LED version of the Frame (Neo QLED is Samsung’s pet term for Mini LED). This means that the screen’s backlight consists of lots of tiny lightbulbs, providing greater precision in terms of brightening and dimming specific parts of the screen than a regular frame TV.

Amazon’s Black Friday deal on the Frame Pro is so good that the 75-inch Frame Pro is currently cheaper than the 75-inch regular Frame TV and its 2024 version.
