Hollywood Christmas Parade: Planning on heading to a venue on Hollywood or Sunset Boulevards to enjoy some glitz, excitement and a cool SoCal evening? Festival of Lights: The Mission Inn & Spa has a grand, castle-like feel year-round, but when the holidays come the lights go up. Millions of lights provide the Riverside Hotel with its grand glow, along with animatronic figures, velvet bows, elegant ornaments and seasonal decorative details. An enjoyable draw? The spirited gathering is taking place on the lawn of the Arcadia destination’s famous Queen Anne Cottage. Smorgasburg Holiday Market: This free-admission food and extravaganza is a favorite at ROW DTLA most Sundays of the year. But when Christmas is just around the corner, the holiday spirit shines through at the delicious destination. The Holiday Market, a multi-weekly event, begins on November 30 with gifts for sale, seasonal foods, balloon-themed art installations and Santa cameos. Parking is also free for two hours, but keep in mind that dogs are not allowed. Final 2025 date? Fa, la, la: It’s December 21st.
