Most Affordable Theragun

The Theragun Relief is the last of Therabody’s 2023 devices, and it’s the cheapest yet—it costs less than the Mini. Considering the price, you do miss out on some premium features like an LCD screen, but it comes equipped with more features than the average gym goer needs. It has three head attachments (standard ball, dampener, thumb) and three speeds. Plus, it’s compatible with the Therabody app for guided warm-up and recovery routines. Battery life is a solid 120 minutes, and it’s lightweight, clocking in at 1.37 pounds.

Theragun Pro Plus

Sale or not, the Theragun Pro Plus is still selling, but if you work hard or want the most luxurious massage gun on the market, it deserves its place. Seven attachments, built-in vibration and heating, and near-infrared LED therapy. It also has a guided breathwork mode, which syncs with its heart-rate sensor. This will be too much for most people, but athletes and gym lovers will appreciate the upgrade.

Your next travel essential is on sale

Theraface Dipping Wand

Therabody’s Cyber Monday sale drops one of my favorite skin care tools down to $140 (or less than $136 at Amazon and Best Buy). It offers both hot and cold therapy to help reduce inflammation, promote circulation, and increase product absorption. The temperature remains the same throughout the six-minute cycle, and a quick flash at the halfway point tells you when to change sides. Unlike ice rollers, which break if forgotten in the freezer, dipping wands only require a charge. This is a travel essential for me (also TSA-friendly). It’s tempting to feel cold after long flights, but honestly, it’s just a soothing little ritual no matter where you are.

Best LED Mask with Built-in Vibration

Therabody recently launched a more affordable version of the TheraFace Mask — TheraFace Mask Glow ($330, on sale, down from $380) — but after testing both, I prefer the OG. The Glow’s vibration mode feels more like dizziness than relief. The Original Mask provides a gentler, more relaxing massage with better coverage and pressure points around the brows, temples, and scalp. You can choose a three-minute targeted treatment or a nine-minute cycle through all three wavelengths. It’s lightweight, cordless, and even comes with a display stand (not glow), which makes storage painless.

Time to spend money on compression shoes

jetboots pro plus

I’ve tested several compression boots, and the JetBoots Pro Plus is the best performer on the market. The most striking feature is built-in infrared LED therapy, which helps reduce inflammation and speed up muscle recovery. They’re still pricey at $1000, but with a $150 discount they’re more accessible. If you’re considering compression boots, these are definitely worth the purchase, and now is the time.

These SmartGoggles Are $40 Off

SmartGoggles (2nd generation)

SmartGoggles apply a combination of gentle heat, vibration and massage therapy to your temples, eyebrows and forehead, eliminating any facial tension in minutes. Contoured padding conforms to your eyes, providing weighted-like compression. They’re my go-to remedy when I’m dealing with a headache, and while I’m (fortunately) not a chronic migraine patient, they are a soothing, blackout therapy to use in a quiet room. If you struggle with insomnia or need some screen-free downtime before bed, this is an ideal way to get restful sleep.

My Favorite Sleep Mask Under $100

After trying several sleep masks, the Theraface Sleep Mask is my favorite. The contoured padding is plush, and the adjustable strap stays in place, even when I toss and turn throughout the night. It features gentle vibrations with three different patterns that are designed to help your brain fall asleep. The vibrations are so subtle that you barely notice them, which can be positive or negative depending on your preferences. Additionally, it also produces some noise, which again can be seen as a plus or a minus depending on whether you appreciate a soft hum while trying to sleep or not.

This muscle stimulation device is $100 off

PowerDot 2.0 Duo

The PowerDot Uno is also discounted ($190, $60 off), but the Duo is the better buy if you want to get the most out of TENS and NMES technology. Two pods mean you can treat both sides of a muscle group at once, cutting down on session time and helping the adhesive pads last longer. It is Therabody’s most targeted stimulation device, designed to accelerate muscle recovery, boost performance, and reduce pain. I encountered some connectivity issues during testing, but if you can tolerate the occasional glitch, the Duo is a useful recovery tool, especially for period pain relief.

This Vibrating Foam Roller is $40 off

You can buy a foam roller for a much lower price, but the WaveRoller offers five different vibration frequencies to customize the traditional feel. It also applies deep pressure to your muscles for maximum relief from tension. Compatible with the Therabody app, you can follow guided routines for warm-up and post-workout recovery. Ideal for improving mobility, promoting circulation and reducing pain.

This all-in-one facial tool is $120 off

Former reviewer Haley Sprankl said this skin care tool has left her skin soft and glowing with consistent use. It includes detachable magnetic heads for microcurrent, percussive and LED light therapy: blue, red and infrared light. It is also compatible with TheraFace Hot and Cold Rings (sold separately), which provide cold therapy for inflammation and heat therapy for product absorption. If you can afford it and love to pamper yourself, this is an all-in-one tool that’s a great alternative to the TheraFace mask or the Depuffing Wand.
