T-Mobile customers have a week to sign up for a free year of MLB.TV

Today marks the start of the 2026 baseball season and in what has become an annual tradition, T-Mobile is once again offering a free subscription to MLB.TV.

To take advantage of the deal, T-Mobile customers simply need to log into the T Life app, navigate to the Benefits tab and then click on Redeem after clicking on the MLB.TV free season banner. From there, all you need to do is download the latest version of the MLB app to your mobile device and sign in or create an account. As said, this is a time-limited offer, so if you want the ability to stream regular season baseball for free, you’ll need to claim the deal before March 31 at 4:59 a.m. ET. For someone on a different carrier, this may be enough time to switch providers and still save.

Unfortunately, MLB.TV is subject to blackouts and market restrictions, so depending on where you live and where your favorite team is playing that day, you may not be able to watch every game. Sadly, that includes tonight’s 8:05 pm ET matchup between the New York Yankees and San Francisco Giants, which is streaming exclusively on Netflix. Still, with a one-year subscription to MLB.TV currently available for $150, it’s one of the best benefits available from any major cellular carrier.

In addition to a full season of games, an MLB.TV subscription also includes access to an archive of baseball documentaries, game streams from past years, World Series films, highlights, news and more. And with more than 1.25 million customers cashing in on last year’s offer, it’s possibly one of T-Mobile’s biggest offers of the year, with the company claiming to have saved more than $1 billion since it first launched the promotion 10 years ago in 2016.
