what we make

RetailReady is the first AI-powered compliance engine designed for retail supply chains. We automate the chaotic web of compliance requirements between brands, warehouses and retailers, turning weeks of manual work into minutes of automation. Our platform integrates deeply with warehouse operations and connects to customer systems via EDI, API, and flat files.

We don’t just make dashboards. We build the nervous system of compliance inside a warehouse.

Role

we are hiring one support Engineer To be the first line of defense when issues arise. You’ll troubleshoot customer questions, diagnose technical issues, and flag deep bugs for our on-call engineering team, keeping operations running smoothly across our growing customer base.

You’ll help us scale better by documenting common issues and writing internal + customer-facing support articles to train our AI support models.

this is one Personal role in San Francisco with Opening Timings (5 AM – 2 PM) To support our East Coast customers in real time.

What would you do

  • Respond to and resolve customer issues in Slack, email, and in-app chat
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and identify if they need to be escalated
  • Reproduce and document bugs for the on-call engineering team
  • Write clear help articles and process documentation to expand our AI support knowledge base
  • Track recurring support patterns and collaborate with Product and Engineering to eliminate them at the source

  • It’s ok to wake up early, start 5am SF and finish early
  • Excited by customer success and prides itself on fast, high-quality support
  • Analytical mindset…Able to debug logs, APIs, and light data mapping
  • Detail-oriented and organized under pressure
