Suns-Lakers live updates. Short-handed Phoenix takes on Doncic, LeBron

The Phoenix Suns will conclude their four-game homestand on February 26 against the Los Angeles Lakers at the Mortgage Matchup Center.

The 7 p.m. game will be televised on 3TV and Arizona’s Family Sports.

The Suns (33-26) are in seventh place in the Western Conference, but they are just two games behind the Lakers (34-23) for sixth place.

The top six teams in each conference advance to the playoffs while the seven to 10 teams seeded seventh and eighth compete in a play-in tournament.

Phoenix will be without Devin Booker (right hip strain), Dillon Brooks (left hand fracture), Jordan Goodwin (left calf strain), Haywood Highsmith (right knee injury management) and Cole Anthony (not with the team).

Los Angeles is down Rui Hachimura (illness) while Jackson Hayes (right ankle sprain) is listed as probable.
