In fact, Dacre Montgomery, who played heartthrob lifeguard, Billy Hargrove, has been out of the spotlight for the past five years, and has finally spoken out about his decision to live a more sober life.
The 30-year-old acted stranger things 2 more 3, going in 2016, and since the show, has only starred in a few projects, including elvis And Spider and Jessie.

His Hollywood departure was entirely purposeful (this year being marked by a return to the ghost story, climbed the hill), to regain a sense of normalcy before continuing to do what he likes.

There are more limits here – and we can’t wait to see Dacre back on our screens. Just hope that this time no demon will be sacrificed.
