On Saturday night, a Twitter user claimed that he was accidentally sent the entire animated film via email. We won’t share it here, but the user posted two clips featuring the adult team avatar and its main villain. At the time of writing, they are both still active and have interacted a large amount. Since Paramount hasn’t shown anything from the film yet, it’s hard to judge how real these are, but posters and other comments support them being real.

Last year, Paramount announced that it would be putting the film on Paramount+ instead of giving it a theatrical release, which fans weren’t happy with. As such, this leak can be considered a by-product of that decision. This isn’t the film’s only leak: a few weeks ago, promotional material featuring the adult team hit online retailers.
We’ve contacted Paramount and Flying Bark for comment. Combined with last week, this Avatar The situation highlights the growing lack of proper security and moderation around leaks on Twitter. The user can very well keep the entire movie on the platform, and it will probably stay there for a few hours without any problems.
