what we are looking for
- We are hiring mid-level software engineers. You will have the equivalent of a Computer Science degree and 2 to 8 years of relevant experience.
- We are looking for people who influence us. If you’ve created something impressive before, we’d love to hear more about it.
- We hire motivated and talented developers. We also rent for slope, not y-intercept.
- If you have reliable experience building managed Postgres or distributed inference architectures, that’s a plus. On the inference side, we are looking at the open source architectures of DeepSeek and Kimi.
- We are hiring primarily for San Francisco, Netherlands and Türkiye. When applying please mention the position you are applying for.
