Shake Shake (Doubt) announced that Katherine Fogarte, CFO, will resign from the company, effective March 4, 2026. Starting immediately, Fogarte will move into a senior advisor role to support a handoff and ensure continuity across all finance functions during the transition. The company plans to begin searching for a new CFO immediately. As part of this change, the company is establishing an office of CFO.
