There were also sentimental items, such as photos of the Guthrie family.

The tall tree had a shining star at the top and drew attention to her spacious living area, which featured a bookshelf and a high ceiling.

Fans flocked to the comments section and praised the TV anchor for her adorable tree and sentimental ornaments, with one social media user calling the conifer a “memory tree,” and another describing it as “so nice.”

Guthrie’s video also gave a glimpse inside the beautiful living room of her spacious townhouse, where she lives with her husband, Michael Feldmanand their children, valley And night watchmanFrom 2023.

According to records, Feldman and Guthrie spent $11.35 million for their new 4,500-square-foot residence, which has six bedrooms and four bathrooms.

The family moved into the spacious residence after vacating their Tribeca apartment because they had “a vision and dream of living in a townhouse.”

However, Guthrie will have limited time to enjoy her home over the next few weeks due to her busy festive schedule, starting with the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade, which she has hosted with her “Today” co-stars for several years.

She will then join her on-screen colleagues at the official Rockefeller Christmas Tree Lighting on December 3.

The glimpse into Guthrie’s Christmas traditions comes just weeks after she revealed her upbringing in Tucson, Arizona, when she invited morning show cameras to join her on a tour of her favorite spots in the desert.

Guthrie, who graduated from the University of Arizona, introduced fans to her favorite restaurants and her sorority house before meeting her mom, NancyWho still lives in the same house in which the reporter grew up.

Before the segment aired, Guthrie revealed the importance of his travels – and his willingness to highlight the many places in Tucson that helped him become the person he is today.

First on that love letter tour? Saving her favorite Mexican food at local eatery Old Pueblo whenever she comes home, which she joked is her “No. 1 priority.”

The segment, which was filmed on October 17 and took approximately eight hours to complete, sees Guthrie traveling to Tucson and filling his days with a variety of activities, including meeting his mother, whom he described as “really sweet”.

Guthrie noted that he and the crew had “this incredibly ambitious program” that started in Saguaro National Park and ended at the University of Arizona. They also stopped at the Arizona-Sonora Desert Museum.

After filming wrapped, Guthrie remained in Arizona to spend time with her family.
