Salma Hayek is celebrating the start of the holiday season with a holiday classic: a velvet dress. Taking to Instagram on Wednesday, November 25 Frieda The star published a video of herself wearing a deep cherry red gown and sipping an espresso martini in partnership with Kahlua.
“Never settle for meh-tini,” she wrote in her caption. “It must be @Kahlua.”
The velvet gown featured a form-fitting silhouette, a halter neckline and several large applique roses covering the bust. As far as her hair goes, Hayek took the Old Hollywood-inspired route, styling long, loose curls into her signature Millennial side part.
The 59-year-old recently stepped out with several other A-listers for the Los Angeles County Museum of Art’s annual Art + Film Gala. On that occasion, she wore a similarly daring green gown designed by Gucci that was covered in thousands of tiny sequins. It featured an extremely low V-neck, long sleeves and a tapered fit at the waist and hips.
