Riley Keough desperate to ‘hold family together’ for sisters

Riley Keough is trying to stay close to her younger sisters amid shocking claims she is the biological mother of John Travolta’s son Ben, friends tell Page Six.

“His mission is just to keep the family together,” a source said of Keough.

The 36-year-old actress has been dragged into a new legal nightmare after her stepfather Michael Lockwood allegedly made shocking claims against her grandmother Priscilla Presley’s former business partner, according to court papers.

Legal sources said a court could now compel Ben, 15, to provide DNA to prove whether Keough had indeed donated her eggs to Travolta and his wife Kelly Preston.

Amidst this minefield, friends tell us that Keough, Elvis Presley’s granddaughter, will have to tread carefully as she wants to maintain her relationship with her sisters, 17-year-old twins Finley and Harper, who have been in Lockwood’s legal custody since the death of the girls’ mother, Lisa Marie Presley.

Although according to Presley insiders, Keough is in sole charge of her sisters’ access to their trust fund, she still has to “play by Michael’s rules”.

“The twins won’t get their money (from Lisa Marie’s estate) until they’re 25. Riley controls the money until then,” the source said. “But, of course, Riley wants to see her sisters, so she has to play by (Lockwood’s) rules.”

This week, all three of Lisa Marie’s daughters were seen in a photo — along with Priscilla, Lockwood and one of Keough’s young daughters — posted by Priscilla on social media, captioned: “Holiday 2025 and the unbreakable family bond.”

Before his shock death in January 2023, Lockwood was embroiled in a bitter custody battle with Lisa Marie over their daughters.

Keough, who starred in Amazon Prime’s hit show “Daisy Jones and the Six” and is an accomplished director, has been forced to deal with the immense chaos since her mother’s passing.

Priscilla, 80, challenged a 2016 document that removed her from Lisa Marie’s multimillion-dollar trust and brought in Keough as sole trustee.

Four months after Lisa Marie’s death, it was reported that Keough had settled down with his grandmother for “millions” amid family tension.

“Riley is an amazing person,” the source said, adding: “His mission is just to keep the family together.” When Priscilla was suing the trust, Riley settled out of court. She gave her grandmother a portion of the money and said, ‘Let’s get this over with.’

“Riley always takes care of the family, although she would have won in court, she didn’t want this mess.”

Now Keough is in the headlines again as Priscilla’s former business partner Brigitte Cruz is currently suing Priscilla’s son, Navaron Garcia, for breach of contract — and sources say Cruz herself is turning up the heat in hopes of getting paid.

Legal documents filed in the case include allegations that Keough was an egg donor for “Saturday Night Fever” star Travolta and his late wife, Kelly Preston, for their son Ben, now 15. Preston died in 2020.

In the papers, Kruse alleged that Lockwood – Lisa Marie’s third husband – told her that Preston was unable to father children of her own.

Krause claims that Travolta and Preston had used Lisa Marie’s eggs before, but did not want to try again because Lisa Marie’s eggs were “contaminated with heroin”. Elvis’ daughter spoke publicly about her struggle with opioid addiction.

Keough’s representatives declined to comment when contacted by Page Six, while legal sources told us it would be up to the court to order any DNA testing.

While Priscilla had previously accused Cruse of “elder abuse”, another family source said that Cruse was already strongly involved with Priscilla and Lockwood:

The night before Lisa Marie’s “celebration of life” service at Graceland, Cruz’s lawyers emailed organizers saying she represents Priscilla, Navarone, Michael Lockwood, and Finley and Harper.

“He said she represented his image and likeness, and no one was allowed to take photographs of him at the funeral,” the source said. “Michael should have been banned, but he came over anyway to be with the girls.

“Brigitte was partnered with Priscilla at the time of Lisa’s death.”

Another Presley insider tells us, “When Priscilla was suing the trust, Kruse was the person who was working for Priscilla. Now, Brigitte knows she’s going to lose everything.”

Priscilla’s attorney Marty Singer called Travolta’s allegation “outrageous”, adding: “Brigitte and her co-conspirators have demonstrated that there is no bar too low, no moral line they are unwilling to cross in an effort to cause further suffering to Priscilla Presley and her family.”

Krause’s attorney Jordan Matthews said his clients had attempted to settle the case out of court, adding, “Any claim that the allegations are ‘outrageous’ is patently false.”
