The Tennessee Titans began a coaching carousel by firing Brian Callahan after a 1–5 start to the season. Their offense was a disaster under his command, scoring only 83 total points in six games. We have to imagine that ownership will try to find another offensive-minded coach to pair with rookie quarterback Cam Ward in the offseason.

In November, the New York Giants fired head coach Brian Daboll. The 2022 Coach of the Year finished his tenure with a 20-40-1 record.
While there are only two head coaching vacancies in the NFL right now, Josina Anderson expects a few more jobs to open up. She also claims the longtime head coach may be eyeing a new home next season.

Anderson hasn’t mentioned who is a longtime NFL head coach.
who could it be?
Most NFL fans are convinced Anderson is talking about Mike Tomlin. He has been coaching the Pittsburgh Steelers since 2007.
“Please tell me Mike Tomlin is leaving. I will literally throw a party and invite all of Pittsburgh. We will all be super happy and party all night long. Get up in the morning and go to church and praise God, we don’t have to deal with Tomlin anymore,” said one Steelers fan.

“I hope it’s Tomlin,” another fan commented. “Three playoff wins in 13 years. But hey. They finish .500 every year.”
Another coach that fans will want to keep an eye on is John Harbaugh. The Baltimore Ravens have been under his command since 2008. If this season doesn’t end on good terms then perhaps both parties will consider parting ways.
