Rep. Jason Crow campaigns for Wisconsin democrats

Eau Claire, Wis. (WEAU) – Ahead of this election season, Colorado Congressman Jason Crow was in Eau Claire on Wednesday to campaign on behalf of Wisconsin Democrats.

Crowe is one of six Democrats who took part in a video telling troops they do not need to follow illegal orders.

The veteran and Wisconsin native joined local Democratic lawmakers in a town hall to discuss issues such as health care, veteran aid and U.S. tariffs.

“Soybean farmers in particular have been hit hard by the tariffs. We’ve been talking, some farm groups have told me, many of these farms haven’t had an order in five months or more, and orders are just starting to come in. People can’t afford it, family farms can’t afford it, and they’re going under,” Crowe said.

Crow also criticized Wisconsin Congressman Derrick Van Orden for not pushing back on federal tariff policy. Crowe says he’s here to campaign for local Democratic candidates in the 3rd Congressional District.

The event was non-candidate-specific. However, Crowe supported Rebecca Cook in her personal capacity in the fall.

Van Orden’s congressional campaign team responded to the incident.

The fact that Wisconsin Democrats are parading Jason Crow around the state for Comey Cook tells you what their vision is for Wisconsin.

Crowe voted to protect illegal aliens from attacking police, voted against a pay raise for our troops, insisted on defunding law enforcement, supported men in girls’ bathrooms, and supported subjecting minors to genital mutilation surgery.
