about the role
You are joining at an inflection point. As product engineerYou will build the playbooks, processes, and relationships that define how Secura partners with technology customers for long-term success. You will be both a strategist and a practical operator.
What would you do
- Become a trusted technical advisor: Guide customers on integrating Secura into CI/CD and production stacks (APIs, webhooks, auth, SIP/Twilio flows, STT/TTS, LLM configuration).
- Increase Product Feedback: Partner with engineering; Submit clear RFCs supported by usage data to influence the roadmap.
- Active Account Management: Monitor health, predict risk and execute savings/expansion plays based on telemetry.
- Basic Leadership: Help recruit and guide future product and FDE teams; Set standards as we scale.
about you
- Customer-obsessed: You care deeply about measurable results and long-term partnerships.
- Technical Genealogy (Development-Tool Lovers): You can read API documentation, inspect payloads, and reason about the system. You used Postman/CURL; You are comfortable with logs/dashboards and basic scripting.
- Clear Communicator: You develop complex concepts for executives and engineers alike.
- Builder’s Mindset: You thrive on zero-to-one, create structure from ambiguity, and take action from bias.
- Analytical: You make decisions based on data use, adoption, performance, and business impact.
minimum qualification
- 2 years in a technical role in a developer-centric or infra/SaaS company.
- rest with honey bee, webhook, basic sqland one python/js (For prototyping, parsing logs or writing examples).
good for
- Pre-founder or early/founder FDE or first FDE hire experience (you created the playbook).
- Familiar with at least one of the following: LLM/AI Agent Tooling, observation/test
