You will collaborate closely with our CTO and product engineering team to deliver designs that are both aesthetic and functional.
Our design focus is on user efficiency: helping users quickly understand what they need to do, reducing manual data entry, and automating administrative processes currently handled via email and phone calls.
This is a unique opportunity to join as the first product designer and modernize an industry stuck in the early 90s in terms of design and UX standards.
About Jiga:
We’re on a mission to help engineers create physical products faster.
how we work:
away: We are a fully remote company with team members from over 5 countries.
Culture: We never count hours and measure team members only on performance and communication. We hate micro-management and we trust team members 100% to get the job done and be honest with each other.
We play online games together weekly, encouraging people to ask tough questions, and we take everyone once a year for our annual offsite to a beautiful place in nature.
meeting: We have a no-BS-meeting policy. We’ll have one weekly with the entire company and another weekly with the dev team. That’s it.
Grant: Profitable, significant, fully funded with growing revenues. We are completely transparent about our runway.
