Procure Pikipek During Pokémon GO’s November 2025 Community Day

YYou’ll be able to grab a piece of the Pokémon during November’s Pokémon GO Community Day, when Pikippek, the Woodpecker Pokémon, will fly in to be the star of the day. On Sunday, November 30, from 2:00 pm to 5:00 pm local time, Pikipec will appear more frequently in the wild. If you’re lucky, you might even encounter someone shiny or with a special background! Trainers can evolve Trumbek (the evolution of Pikipec) during the event or up to four hours after to obtain a Toucannon that knows the charged attack Beak Blast.

But that’s not all! This event is also full of bonuses.

• 3× XP for catching Pokemon
• 2× Candy to catch Pokémon
• 2× chance to get Candy XL from catching Pokémon for trainers at level 31 and above
• Incense activated during the event (except Daily Adventure Incense) will last for three hours
• The Lure module will last for one hour and can attract featured Pokémon (from 2:00 pm to 9:00 pm on Community Day).
• An additional special trade can be made for a maximum of three (2:00 pm to 9:00 pm on Community Day)
• 50% less Stardust will be required for trading (2:00 PM to 9:00 PM on Community Day)

During Community Day, entire field research tasks were conducted focusing on catching Pikipecks to earn rewards including Great Balls, additional encounters with Pikipecks, and more. Some trainers may also equip Pikipec encounters with Tales of Change-themed special backgrounds.

Trainers who complete this quest can earn rewards, including three encounters with Pikipec with a Tales of Transformation-themed special background, additional encounters with Pikipec, a Premium Battle Pass, a Rare Candy XL, and more.
