Dwayne Johnson may not get the chance to play Black Adam again, but someone from that movie may get a chance to reprise his role in the new DC film universe.
During a recent interview with GQ, Pierce Brosnan said he would be willing to play Doctor Fate again if the call came: “I enjoyed that character a lot, and I would be up for it.” Interestingly, he then told GQ how he heard that “Fate was going to have his own show or his own movie. I heard he’s going to be in the next movie.” superman,
after days superman Revealed last July, James Gunn told the Happy Sad Confused podcast that he was “absolutely sure” that Doctor Fate was the one in the mural seen in the Hall of Justice or at least the Justice Society. (Kent Nelson, the Avatar played by Brosnan, is one of its original founding members in the comics and other incarnations.) Once we got a clearer look at the mural, it turned out that the man fans had speculated was actually Maxwell Lord, but Gunn’s comment still implies that fate is part of this universe’s history.
Does this mean Doctor Fate is actually part of 2027 yesterday’s man, We will have to wait and see. yes, that boy died black adam, But if Brosnan came back and donned the Helmet of Fate again, would anyone really complain?
