New Delhi, October 10, 2025: On the festive occasion of Karwa Chauth, state-run oil companies have revised petrol and diesel prices across several cities in India. Despite a decline in global crude oil rates, domestic fuel prices have seen an upward revision in most states including Uttar Pradesh and Bihar.

According to the latest updates from Indian Oil, Bharat Petroleum, and Hindustan Petroleum, retail fuel prices were changed early Friday morning. However, in major metros such as Delhi, Mumbai, Kolkata, and Chennai, no change has been reported in prices.

City-Wise Fuel Price Update (October 10, 2025)

Noida (Uttar Pradesh):
Petrol price increased by 34 paise to ₹95.05 per litre, while diesel rose by 38 paise to ₹88.19 per litre.

Ghaziabad:
Petrol became costlier by 12 paise, reaching ₹94.70 per litre, while diesel went up by 14 paise to ₹87.81 per litre.

Patna (Bihar):
Petrol became cheaper by 30 paise, now at ₹105.23 per litre, and diesel dropped 28 paise to ₹91.49 per litre.

In contrast, prices in Delhi, Mumbai, Chennai, and Kolkata remain stable, offering some relief to vehicle owners in these metro regions.

In the international market, crude oil prices are showing mixed movement.

Brent Crude: Dropped to $65.31 per barrel

WTI Crude: Fell to $61.63 per barrel
