Patriots Legends to Appear on Peyton Manning’s TV Show

What could be better for New England Patriots fans than watching the legendary Rob Gronkowski on their television for entertainment? They were watching him do the same with fellow NFL great Peyton Manning.

Fans won’t have to wait long to see that scenario come to life – Season 5 Episode 5 peyton’s place That would include Gronkowski and Julian Edelman. The New England Patriots on SI were provided an exclusive sneak peek of the episode. The episode focuses on Gronkowski and Edelman, when team owner Robert Kraft asks both of them to pay for the loss of the team’s Super Bowl LI trophy, so they turn to Manning for help.

The trophy was stained after being used for batting practice at the Boston Red Sox’s Fenway Park.

The exclusive clip provided shows the trio on the “Gronk Bus” – presumably on their way to recover the trophy. According to sources, Manning goes ahead and joins the pair in Rhode Island, where they try to create the Lombardi Trophy from scratch with the help of professional silversmiths from Tiffany & Co. (Tiffany’s Holloway Workshop in Cumberland), who create the NFL’s top award every season.

“When Patriots owner Robert Kraft asked former Patriots Rob Gronkowski and Julian Edelman to make up for New England’s loss of the Super Bowl LI trophy, Peyton took them to Rhode Island where the trio tried to recreate the Lombardi Trophy from scratch.”

peyton’s place is an Emmy-nominated ESPN original series. The fifth season premiered on November 2 exclusively on ESPN+. Produced by Omaha Productions and NFL Films, the 10-episode series follows Manning, a Hall of Fame quarterback, as he returns to the road to relive some of the most important moments in NFL history through reenactments with legendary players and coaches.

Gronkowski recently made headlines after officially retiring with the Patriots on November 12 due to signing a one-day contract. The tight end played in 115 games and was on three teams that ultimately won Super Bowl championships in his nine seasons with New England.
