This coming Saturday, Udinese will face Parma for the 51st time in Serie A, with a record of 18 wins, 11 draws and 21 losses. The two previous meetings between the two sides were won by the Zebrette – 3-2 at Parma in September 2024 and 1-0 at Udine last March – and a third win would equal the club’s streak achieved between 2005 and 2006. This will be the first time coach Kosta Ranjic will face Parma boss Carlos Cuesta.
Udinese and Parma are among the teams with the most duel wins in the Italian top flight: 475 for Zebrate (fifth place) and 494 for Crociati (second place). The two teams are also tied in terms of the number of shots hit the woodwork this season: six, the third-most in Serie A. Udinese is also one of the teams against which the most penalties have been awarded – four.
Jesper Carlstrom will reach the milestone of 50 appearances in Serie A if he plays on Saturday. Meanwhile, Nicolo Zaniolo will reach 20 goals in Serie A if he scores two goals. Arthur Atta is still statistically the best dribbler in the league, having successfully completed 33 dribbles so far this season. The Frenchman is among the top four players for possession in the final third of the pitch (11) and could catch up with leader Matteo Pellegrino in this figure with 14.
