Overlord is an AI accountability partner. It’s largely hardcore, and no nonsense, but you can make it nice if you want. This is not meant for emotional support, but rather to implement rigid, but flexible, guardrails in your life. I like this thought experiment: Imagine if a firm-but-fair friend who cares about you was awake 24/7, and keeping an eye on a monitor to see where you are, what you’re spending money on, what you’re browsing on your computer, etc. They can call you, text you, text your friends, take money from you, etc. How will it let you live a better life?
