Outdoor burning not allowed in parts of metro Atlanta due to weather conditions

East to southeast winds at five to 15 mph, with higher gusts up to 30 mph in higher elevations, NWS officials said.

It is not allowed in the evening in Roswell, Butts County and Woodstock due to the relatively low humidity.

In Roswell, fire officials said high fire danger is in effect until about 9 p.m. Saturday. The alert remains in effect throughout the day in Woodstock and Butts counties.
