Due to our desire for transparency and sharing with our community, this blog post contains important information about a recent security incident that impacted a limited number of our customers. On November 8, 2025, Mixpanel detected a malicious campaign and immediately executed our incident response procedures. We took extensive steps to prevent and eliminate unauthorized access and secure affected user accounts. We engaged external cybersecurity partners to resolve and respond to the incident.
