This is one of the latest experimental projects from OpenRouter Labs. The concept is similar to Model Council: you run your prompt through multiple models, a pre-fused judging stage analyzes their outputs on different axes, and then a final “judge” model synthesizes everything into a final answer.
The obvious advantage here is OpenRouter’s huge catalog. You can mix and match almost any existing SOTA model available today, whether open or closed.
is an interesting variable fuse model only. The model you choose for that final synthesis step has a big impact on the style and quality of the final output, adding a whole new control layer to the workflow.
Just a quick look at the cost: You can definitely opt for the free model to test the waters. But if you route it through the premium model, the cost can add up quickly, so make sure you have some credit loaded!
