ARLINGTON, Texas – Ohio State football defensive back Bryce West is entering the transfer portal.
He left the Buckeyes after spending two years in the program as a highly rated player in the 2024 recruiting class. He was the No. 64 player and No. 9 cornerback at Glenville High School in Cleveland.
Over the past two seasons, West has played 120 snaps, the majority of which have come as a nickel safety. He recorded 11 tackles, one pass breakup and one forced fumble.
West is the fourth Buckeye to enter the transfer portal, joining quarterback Lincoln Kienholz, tight end Jelani Thurman and wide receiver Bryson Rodgers.
